Lí thuyết dòng chảy: quan niệm, phân luồng dòng chảy và những hàm ý đối với kiến tạo dòng chảy học tập
Tóm tắt
In the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, maintaining learning motivation, especially in the context of applying distance learning methods, is one of the extremely important issues. Accordingly, the inquiry into motivational theories has also attracted considerable interest in academia. This study provides a systematic view on the concept, affecting aspects, flow model and the significance of applying the flow theory of psychologist Csikszentmihalyi in the field of education. The research results show that although approaches for nearly half a century have varied due to research contexts, they are all consistently based on the concept of flow state, optimal experience and aspects of flow initiated by the psychologist named Csikszentmihalyi. In addition, the study also highlights the positive correlation of applying flow theory in education and schools and promoting learning motivation of learners when the flow-oriented aspects of learning flow are considered by the school itself, the teacher, the student, including ensuring clear goals, concentration, timely response, challenges, controllability, balance between challenges and skills.
