Servant leadership style is a behavioral model that leaders use to influence subordinates, focusing on them, paying attention to the needs and development of members of the pedagogical team, emphasizing leader's moral strength and the ability to transcend self-interest to focus on the development and needs of those under his command. There are many factors that influence a principal's servant leadership style. This article presents and analyzes the results of a survey of 513 teachers' opinions on the current situation of factors affecting the servant leadership style of principals of primary, secondary and high schools in the Southern region. The research results will add objective data, connect research on the same topic, and serve as a basis to propose measures to improve the level of components in the servant leadership style of school principals.
