As a form of traditional folk art, folk songs as well as other literary and artistic genres, bear the mark of a specific form of aesthetic consciousness. In a very unique way, through a system of artistic language signals, folk songs have richly and flexibly reflected all aspects of human life, especially the deep inner world, through songs with aesthetic image rich in expressive value. This article initially focuses on understanding the characteristics of folk language in couple love folk songs in basic aspects: The language is popular, rustic but rich in expressions and images; the language of love folk songs is performative; language to describe a specific artistic time. In addition to generalizing the beauty of folk song language about love between couples, the author also affirms that these characteristics of folk song language have the unique nature of artistic language, expressing cultural features cultural features in the speech of ancient Vietnamese workers, which is one of the typical beauties of the Vietnamese language.
