In recent years, the training of tourism human resources at universities in the Northern Delta region has made an important contribution to the development of the tourism industry. However, the results of research on the current status of human resource training management in the tourism industry show that there are still many limitations and inadequacies, such as: not paying enough attention to and properly organizing the appointment of qualified managers and experienced teachers in propaganda and dissemination before enrollment; preliminary and summary work to learn from enrollment experiences has not received proper attention; limited investment funds for purchasing and renovating and upgrading facilities; the work of surveying social needs and gathering expert opinions is still formal; there is no smooth coordination in adjusting and supplementing goals, programs, content and methods of human resource training... Objectively and comprehensively evaluate the current status of human resource training management in the tourism industry. Objectively and comprehensively assessing the current status of human resource training management in the tourism industry at universities in the Northern Delta region is an important basis for proposing measures to improve the quality of management of this activity meet the development requirements of the industry in the current context.
