In recent years, following the world's higher education trends, Vietnamese higher education is gradually transforming from a university education for minorities to a mass university education. This means that Vietnamese higher education is gradually becoming higher education for the masses. International students are integral to the institutional and national reputation, cultural richness, and economic interests of their host countries and can be a driving force for internationalization on campus. school. This study aims to assess the extent to which international students are satisfied with aspects of their university experience, specifically: welcoming, living environment, learning conditions, reliability and support services. The research results will help the school's Board of Directors, management staff, and support team further improve the quality of support and training. At the same time, it serves as a basis for building strategies to enhance competitiveness among private schools in attracting international students to experience studying at the school.
