Hệ thống quản lí tổ chức giáo dục theo tiêu chuẩn ISO 21001:2018 - một số bình luận và khuyến nghị

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) published the management system standard ISO 21001: 2018 for educational organizations in 2018 with terms used specifically for education such as learners, curriculum, courses, learning outcomes, assessments, scores, stakeholders. ISO 21001:2018 is recognized as a new principle-based approach for educational organizations to strengthen their management system, promote governance capacity and increase operational efficiency. The article uses methods of synthesis, comparison and analysis to assess whether the ISO 21001:2018 standard is appropriate and necessary for educational organizations, which is approached based on angles: (1) recognition trends of higher education in the world and in the country; (2) the level of compatibility, consistent with existing quality assurance system structures; (3) the level of response to the standards of assessment and accreditation education.
