Tóm tắt
Scientific research is an important task that university lecturers must perform in addition to teaching activities, having important implications for the lecturers themselves, the school and the society as a whole. Therefore, the university must strictly manage this activity. The article applies the results-based management approach to building a management process for scientific research activities of lecturers at universities. Research results provide a management process suitable for the characteristics of scientific research activities of university lecturers, promoting this activity to take place effectively and achieve the set objectives.
