Xây dựng công cụ đánh giá chất lượng hoạt động hỗ trợ sinh viên quốc tế: Nghiên cứu trường hợp tại Trường Đại học Y Dược Thái Bình

In the context of globalized education, the trend of studying overseas has been gaining traction. To promote international integration, many universities in Vietnam have implemented support activities for international students to attract and improve their learning experiences. However, there is currently a lack of specialized assessment tools to measure the quality of these support services. The study develops a reliable and valid tool for assessing the quality of support activities for international students at Thai Binh University of Medicine and Pharmacy, comprising 38 criteria divided into 5 groups. The toolkit would be useful for educational institutions to evaluate the effectiveness of their support activities and provide critical insights for designing appropriate policies to enhance the quality of education in the context of international integration.
