The rapid development of technology necessitates continuous knowledge enhancement and skill acquisition. In addition to equipping students with selfstudy competence, improving technology application skills in learning activities has become increasingly important. This article proposes several specific measures based on key aspects of students' technology application skills, the current state of these skills, and insights gathered from expert interviews. The measures are aimed at providing students with clear objectives, practical content, and implementation requirements to enhance their technology application skills in learning. Research results demonstrate that improving students' technology application skills through teaching and learning activities will contribute to enhancing the overall quality of education and improving students' academic outcomes.
