Mối quan hệ giữa cảm nhận hạnh phúc và sức khỏe tổng quát ở sinh viên thành phố Hà Nội
Tóm tắt
In recent years, the concept of “feeling happy” has received increasing attention in public health research because it not only reflects the quality of mental life but is also closely related to physical health. This study aims to determine the relationship between perceived happiness and general health in Hanoi students. Data were collected from 97 students through a quantitative survey method, using the World Health Organization's happiness index scale (WHO-5) and the SF-12 general health scale. Statistical analysis showed that perceived happiness had a positive and statistically significant correlation with general health. The results contribute to clarifying the role of psychological factors in improving physical health in the group of young students, and at the same time suggest some intervention directions to improve the quality of life for this group.
