Tóm tắt

In the context of globalization and international integration, enhancing the quality of human resources has become a pressing requirement for vocational education. The vocational training linkage between schools and enterprises is an important solution to connect training activities with social needs and the labor market. Practice in Vietnam reveals that the implementation of this linkage still faces numerous limitations, including program development, output standards, criteria for evaluating learning outcomes, and the participation of enterprises in teaching, practice guidance, resource support, and the recruitment of human resources after training. Based on international experience, the study focuses on analyzing models and management mechanisms of vocational training linkages, thereby drawing lessons that can be applied to Vietnam's practical conditions. The research results contribute to proposing management solutions that improve the effectiveness of cooperation between schools and enterprises, thereby enhancing the quality of vocational training, meeting the needs of social human resources, and fulfilling integration requirements in the current period.
