Đề xuất mô hình hỗ trợ sinh viên dựa vào nội lực: Nghiên cứu tại Cơ sở II, Trường Đại học Lao động – Xã hội

In the current context, university students are facing many difficulties in studying, working and psychologically. The article focuses on exploring students' internal resources through a survey of 1,331 students from 8 majors at Campus II, University of Labor and Social Affairs. The results show that family, teachers and friends are the main sources of support, followed by academic advisors and other students. However, resources from the school and local community have not been effectively exploited. On that basis, the model of “Supporting students based on internal resources” is proposed. The model includes activities of skill training, academic and psychological counseling, job connection, sharing of learning materials and community participation, operating according to the principle of commitment - evaluation - empowerment. The expected results help reduce the load on the current support system, promote the spirit of self-reliance and mutual assistance of students and contribute to improving the quality of educational services towards sustainable development.
