Tóm tắt
In recent years, blended learning has become an inevitable trend of students at universities. This trend reflects the innovation in teaching and learning methods in the context of digital transformation, the strong development of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and especially in the context of nearly 3 years with the Covid-19 pandemic. This study shows that perceived quality of user-friendliness has an impact on usefulness, which, in turn, has an impact on learning interest and eventually, on students’ satisfaction in hybrid learning courses. This result would help universities to proactively adjust and add practical solutions to support learners to achieve better learning results; help teachers find specific ways to maximize the initiative, engagement and creativity of learners.
