Biện pháp nâng cao động lực làm việc cho giảng viên Đại học Quốc gia Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh

Work motivation plays a critical role in determining the effectiveness and contributions of university lecturers. Based on theoretical foundations and empirical findings from member universities of Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City, this study proposes several measures to enhance lecturers’ work motivation. These measures aim to influence lecturers’ perceptions, emotions, and professional attitudes, while strengthening their sense of attachment and commitment to the institution – factors that directly affect motivational levels. The findings provide a scientific basis and practical guidance for university leaders in developing appropriate policies and creating supportive working environments that foster motivation and improve the overall performance of the academic workforce.
