Tóm tắt

In recent times, digital skills have become “an important lever” in the teaching practice of teachers and gradually become a professional skill. In this study, the authors used the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method to analyze and determine the necessary digital skills for secondary school teachers; the ranking is based on the teacher's survey results, consistently analyzed by the priority weighting of each skill. The results of the study showed that classroom management skills; using teaching softwares; managing and exploiting professional data are the most important skills for junior high school teachers. The research findings would support managers and teachers in their decision making in order to develop specific digital skills for themselves, thereby meeting the current digital competence framework of teachers.
