Vận dụng mô hình lớp học đảo ngược tích hợp AI trong dạy học chủ đề “Tốc độ phản ứng hóa học” (Hóa học 10) nhằm phát triển năng lực số cho học sinh
Tóm tắt
In the context of the digital transformation of education and the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI), integrating AI into the flipped classroom model offers opportunities to support student learning and the development of digital competences. This study proposes an instructional process based on an AI-integrated flipped classroom model aimed at fostering students’ digital competencies. The proposed process was applied to the teaching of the topic “Chemical Reaction Rates” (Chemistry 10) and evaluated through an experiment involving 244 students (124 in the experimental group and 120 in the control group). The results indicate that the experimental group’s digital competency scores rose from 3,39 to 6,61 - a statistically significant difference - though the level of development varied across different competency domains. Regarding chemistry knowledge, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups prior to the experiment (p = 0,849); however, post-experiment results showed the experimental group outperforming the control group. The uneven development across digital competency domains suggests that increased use of digital tools and AI does not automatically equate to a corresponding improvement in the ability to apply technology for problem-solving. These findings highlight the need to design tasks that require students to actively analyze situations, select appropriate tools, and cross-reference and verify information, thereby linking AI usage directly to the problem-solving process.
