Tích hợp giáo dục di sản văn hóa trong dạy học đọc hiểu văn bản “Văn tế nghĩa sĩ Cần Giuộc” (Ngữ văn 11)

Heritage education plays an increasingly pivotal role in the context of globalization. Teaching the reading comprehension of literary texts within the Literature curriculum offers favorable conditions for fulfilling this crucial task. Employing theoretical analysis, empirical surveys, and activity-based product analysis, this study examines the theoretical and practical foundations of integrating cultural heritage education into high school literary reading instruction. Based on these foundations, the paper proposes three pedagogical interventions to integrate cultural heritage education when teaching the reading comprehension of “Văn tế nghĩa sĩ Cần Giuộc” (Funeral Oration for the Partisans of Can Giuoc) by Nguyen Dinh Chieu. The research findings contribute to expanding the theoretical framework of integrated teaching and heritage education integration, while fostering students’ awareness, emotional appreciation, and practical actions toward preserving and promoting heritage values through studying a masterpiece of medieval Vietnamese literature.
