Propagating and disseminating knowledge of defense and security for the young generation is an important content in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in order to raise awareness and responsibility for the young generation for their responsibility of national defense. Faced with the high requirements of the cause of renewal, national construction and defense in the new situation, our Party and State advocates to strengthen propaganda, education and dissemination of defense and security knowledge for the whole people in general, the young generation in particular, through the promulgation of the Law on National Defense and Security Education, a system of legal documents, as a basis for uniform implementation throughout the country. The article presents the current situation of propaganda and dissemination of defense and security knowledge for the young generation and the results are at a good level, but there are still certain limitations; since then, six main measures have been proposed to improve the quality and effectiveness of propaganda and dissemination of defense and security knowledge for the young generation. This is an important step in legislation, a basis for organizing propaganda and dissemination of national defense and security knowledge for the entire population in general and the young generation in particular, creating resources for national defense and security, meeting the requirements and tasks of the revolution in the current period.
