Before the strong development of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, digital transformation is an inevitable trend that happens very quickly. Over the years, military schools have thoroughly grasped and implemented many measures to strengthen the application of information technology and digital transformation in order to create breakthroughs in education and training innovation; at the same time, constantly improve the quality of the teaching staff to provide training in defense and security knowledge to meet the requirements of digital transformation. However, the quality of the teaching staff teaching subjects to foster national defense and security knowledge at military schools has not really met the current requirements of digital transformation, which affects the quality of education and fostering knowledge of defense and security for assigned subjects. The article focuses on clarifying the current situation of this issue, thereby proposing some measures to improve the quality of lecturers to meet the requirements of digital transformation in teaching defense and security at military schools nowadays.
