Social skills education for school students in general and high school students in particular play an important role in helping them promote positive social behaviors and create appropriate impacts on each individual in social relationships. Therefore, high school principals need to manage this activity effectively. The article focuses on researching the current situation of managing social skills education activities for high school students in Yen Mo district, Ninh Binh province based on a sample of 164 administrators and teachers. The results show that the majority of administrators and teachers were fully aware of the importance of this work; The school administrators focused on planning, organizing, directing, checking and evaluating the activities and achieved fairly good results in all management stages. However, there are still some limitations and inadequacies that require timely measures to improve the effectiveness of the school's comprehensive education for students.
