Những yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến kết quả học tập của sinh viên ngành Quản trị nhân sự, Trường Đại học Nguyễn Tất Thành

The academic results of students are always affected by many factors. The article researches the effects on the student’s academic learning that are studying in Human Resources at Nguyen Tat Thanh University (NTTU). This research with an inductive approach way using qualitative methods which was carried out using secondary data collection from previous studies, primary data collection by an online survey with a questionnaire with 100 random students of Human Resource Management major (HRM), and a semi-structured interview with 10 lecturers who teaching at the human resources major at NTTU. The results show that many factors affect the learning outcomes of students in the human resources major, especially training programs (73%); next is the learning environment factor (72%). At the same time, career orientation also plays an important role in student success in academics. The study helps managers, lecturers of HRM majors at NTTU, and student's parents to understand the factors affecting students' learning results; thereby, there are solutions to improve the quality of teaching and learning, contributing to improving the higher education quality in order to create a skilled workforce.
