In the knowledge economy and the Fourth Industrial Revolution, quality culture plays a particularly important role in school construction and development. The article introduces and analyzes a number of studies related to the development of quality culture by domestic and foreign authors, surveys and analyzes the current situation of the environment of quality culture in secondary schools, including : academic environment, social environment, humanistic environment, cultural environment, natural environment. The results of a survey of opinions of management staff, teachers and students at some public secondary schools in Thu Duc City and Ho Chi Minh City serve as a basis to help managers continue to perfect plans to implement school quality culture in the current context. Although the initial target audience of this research product is secondary schools in Thu Duc City and Ho Chi Minh City, the results can be well applied for self-assessment and improving quality culture at secondary schools in other areas.
