Internal quality assurance system of undergraduate program is especially important to maintain and improve the training quality of the university. In this study, the author proposes to build an internal quality assurance system of undergraduate programs at Hanoi University of Civil Engineering. This system is built based on missions, values, strategies, development goals and considering the needs of stakeholders, focusing on: (1) Input Quality Assurance; (2) Process Quality Assurance and (3) Output Quality Assurance, and self-assessment and feedback for continuous improvement. This will be the place to provide continuous feedback to help propose and decide to choose a solution to continuously improve the quality of training, in line with the quality culture philosophy that attracts all parties involved in continuous improvement of training quality.
