Các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến “năng lực lãnh đạo cộng đồng” của sinh viên Đại học Quốc gia Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh

One of the most important mission of higher education is to train individuals skills that they can lead different organizations in the future. This study explores personal and university environmental factors that affect students’ community leadership capacity on the basis of perception of faculty members at Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City. The study conducted a survey of 266 faculty members working in the member universities of Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City. The research results showed that there is a statistically significant difference between students’ community leadership capacity and personal factors of the faculty members. In addition, the study also shows that university environmental factors have positive and negative effects on community leadership capacity of students at the Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City.
