Teachers' career passion is an issue that has garnered attention from researchers worldwide, both in theoretical and practical aspects. Career passion plays an important role for teachers and is one of the factors affecting their teaching effectiveness. This study focuses on providing an overview of global research on teachers' career passion. By highlighting the aspects that have been addressed in previous works, it will help researchers clearly identify other content and aspects of teachers' career passion that need further exploration in the current stage.
