In the current context, personal branding plays an important role in building image, improving career opportunities and affirming self-worth. This study focuses on clarifying the factors affecting the personal branding process of students at the Trade Union University in the context of digital transformation and increasing demands of the labor market. Applying quantitative research methods, with data collection through a survey widely disseminated to students across the university. The research results show that there are five main factors affecting the personal branding process of students, including: (1) Knowledge and skills; (2) Perceived behavioral control; (3) Educational environment; (4) Social relationships; and (5) Career requirements. Based on the analysis results, the research team proposed a number of specific solutions and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of personal branding for students at the Trade Union University. It can be seen that personal branding is not only a product of individual competence, but is also significantly influenced by the educational environment and social factors.
