Blended learning is far from a new concept which has been widely applied at many training institutions around the world. This model was first applied to students learning Japanese as a foreign language, at the College of Foreign Languages - Hanoi University of Science and Technology in the first semester, the school year 2021-2022. In the following school year, the School of Foreign Languages intended to increase the number of blended courses. Therefore, after the pilot course, it is necessary to have an effective overall assessment and evaluation in order to learn from experience. The study is based on a survey of students' opinions upon completing the course, pointing out the shortcomings and making some suggestions to build a more complete blended learning program.
