Niềm tin vào năng lực bản thân trong việc ra quyết định nghề nghiệp của học sinh trung học phổ thông
Tóm tắt
This study examines the current state of career decision self-efficacy (CDSE) among high school students. 714 students from various provinces and cities in Southern Vietnam participated in the survey. The results indicate that students exhibit a relatively high level of CDSE; however, certain aspects, particularly planning skills, require further improvement. Statistical analysis revealed no significant differences in CDSE across grade levels and geographical regions but identified notable differences based on gender and academic performance. These findings highlight the importance of developing appropriate interventions to enhance CDSE, with a particular emphasis on supporting students in strengthening their planning skills for career decision-making.
