STEAM education - an approach to education is reckoned as an effective improvement strategy, in line with the requirements of educational method innovation, especially with early childhood education. STEAM education helps children maximize their learning capacity, while equipping them with the fundamental knowledge and skills as a solid foundation for further development in the next school years and throughout their lives. With the qualitative research method through document analysis, the article proposes orientations and procedures for integrating STEAM education in the early childhood education program as well as the STEAM education application process in the organization of educational activities to support managers and nursery teachers in the aim of appropriate lesson output. The application of STEAM Education in the organization of educational activities in preschool is an approach that brings numerous practical values not only for learners but also for teachers, towards the goal of education innovation and training in Vietnam.
