Regardless of the level of education, testing and assessment is always critical to promote other educational activities such as: teaching, learning, management, scientific research, etc. To implement the comprehensive education innovation, it is impossible not to decisively and drastically innovate testing and evaluation activities, especially in today's ever-changing social context. This study offers some solutions to apply a number of modern teaching and learning tools in the assessment forms of multiple choice question tests, essays, or projects. The solutions in this study are also references for teachers for new teaching ideas to promote and develop other necessary competencies, qualities and skills for themselves as well as learners.
