Khảo sát niềm tin của giáo viên Toán trung học phổ thông đối với việc ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin trong dạy học môn Toán
Tóm tắt
Mathematics teachers’ beliefs about using information technology in mathematics teaching are a key factor influencing their practice. This study surveyed questionnaires with 965 mathematics teachers teaching at several high schools in Vietnam, aiming to investigate teachers’ beliefs about the usefulness of information technology in teaching mathematics, their selfefficacy in using information technology for mathematics teaching, and the availability of technology infrastructure, technical support, and information technology policies at their workplaces. Descriptive statistics show that most participants hold positive beliefs about these aspects, but a considerable proportion of teachers remain skeptical and lack confidence in using information technology in teaching mathematics. In addition to the findings, the study proposes several recommendations for teacher training and professional development, as well as directions for future research.
