Mô hình trung tâm học tập cộng đồng ngoài công lập của Myanmar và một số khuyến nghị

Community learning centres in Myanmar are seen as an effective model for implementing non-formal education to meet the needs of different audiences: children, young people and adults in the search for learning opportunities ranging from basic to vocational training, income generating programs and other life improvement programs. These community learning centres serve as a good learning hub where the disadvantaged can access activities tailored to their needs. It also contributes to creating positive changes in the community. The article presents Myanmar's model of non-public community learning centres by exploring the context of its birth; legal framework, policies; the management and administration, finance, facilities, equipment as well as teachers; learners; study programs; the coordinated participation of forces in the community and the assessment and recognition of learning outcomes. Consequently, some lessons have been drawn for the development of models of community educational institutions in Vietnam, including community learning centres.
