Định hướng phát triển hệ sinh thái giáo dục số trong kế hoạch chiến lược của một số cơ sở giáo dục đại học công lập tại Việt Nam

This study aims to analyze and evaluate the strategic direction of developing digital education ecosystems as reflected in the strategic plans of some public higher education institutions. The study employs a qualitative content analysis method based on the digital education ecosystem theoretical framework by Nguyen & Tuamsuk (2022) to perform full-text data coding of 20 strategic documents using MAXQDA software. The research findings indicate that universities have initially paid attention to most components of the digital education ecosystem, with a high frequency of occurrence assigned to abiotic components of a technical and technological nature (such as technical infrastructure and digital learning models). Conversely, the core elements belonging to the pedagogical core (such as training programs, testing and assessment) and the biotic components including educators, learners, and external stakeholders have a lower frequency of occurrence. The research findings serve as a valuable reference to help public higher education institutions adjust their governance strategies using a digital education ecosystem approach.
