In the 2018 Mathematics General Education Program, the Geometry and Measurement circuit at the middle school level supplements the content of Visual Geometry. Teaching regular hexagons in grade 6 creates certain challenges for teachers and students. Using GeoGebra software will help students easily access geometric knowledge. This study proposes a process for teaching the content “Regular hexagons” (Math 6) with the support of GeoGebra software and specifically illustrates the process of teaching this content. Research results show that the “dynamic” features of GeoGebra software have helped students facilitate the formation of knowledge, create simulations in building knowledge and describing reality, and at the same time create opportunities for students to form and develop mathematical competence.
