In the trend of international integration, the profound impact of technology 4.0, the role of digital transformation in all fields is an indispensable requirement for all aspects of life in general and of education in particular. This study deals with digital transformation in teaching and learning at Bac Giang Agriculture and Forestry University, consisting of 2 parts. Part 1 investigates the current situation of digital transformation. Part 2 provides solutions and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of the transformation process in teaching and learning. The study will provide practical reference information for administrators in making development policies of the University in implementing digital transformation. The study will reflect lecturers more information to change themselves to catch up with the trend of the digital era, remind learners to realize the importance of self-study, research and exploit digital resources, and be useful reference source for further research.
