Positive school culture plays a vital role in creating a healthy educational, learning, and working environment; it significantly affects children's comprehensive development during preschool. The article presents the current situation of building a positive culture at Vietnam Australia International Preschool System, Ho Chi Minh City. Research results show that teachers and administrators at the school are aware of creating a positive environment for preschool children and have activities rated relatively well. However, support is needed. School support is required to innovate teaching methods, respect opinions, and promote children's autonomy. The research results help educational institutions under the Vietnam-Australia International Preschool System to build and propose appropriate positive cultural development solutions to enhance brand, reputation, and promote the sustainable development of the school; at the same time, emphasize the importance of creating a positive environment in preschool to optimize children's development.
