Đề xuất một số biện pháp nâng cao khả năng thích ứng nghề nghiệp cho giáo viên tiểu học mới vào nghề ở các tỉnh vùng Đông Nam Bộ

Developing and improving adaptive competence determines the learning outcomes of learners. In the context of current digital transformation, the career adaptation of primary school teachers needs to be paid attention to and studied to propose appropriate solutions to improve this competence of new teachers. Based on the survey results of the current status of career adaptation of new primary school teachers in the Southeast region at an average level and the theoretical basis for proposing measures to improve career adaptation, the author has proposed 04 measures as follows: (1) Increase investment in facilities and teaching equipment to ensure the implementation of the 2018 General Education Program and create favorable conditions for the working environment for new teachers; (2) Strengthen the construction of a healthy collective pedagogical atmosphere; (3) Diversify forms of training on the development of emotional and social capacity for new teachers; (4) Raising awareness of self-study, self-improvement of qualities and pedagogical skills for new teachers. The proposed measures are all necessary and highly feasible. These are important suggestions to make recommendations to new primary school teachers; primary school administrators; Department of Education and Training on support programs to improve career adaptability for new primary school teachers.
