Tóm tắt

The development of information and communication technology has created changes in education, making online learning an effective way to access knowledge and promote global cooperation. Traditional learning theories such as behavioral theory, cognitive theory, and constructivism have gradually revealed their limitations in explaining the complexity and connection of knowledge in the digital age. In this context, the Connectivity theory of George Siemens and Stephen Downes is considered a suitable approach for online training, emphasizing the role of networks, connections, and technology. This theory affirms that knowledge is distributed through networks that learners can exploit and build. The article analyzes the formation and role of the Connectivity theory in online training, and explores how to integrate advanced technologies, especially artificial intelligence (AI), to create a personalized, collaborative, and effective learning environment, and proposes a theoretical framework for comprehensive digital education. To maximize the potential of connectivism, interdisciplinary collaboration among educators, researchers, and educational institutions is needed.
