Chánh niệm, căng thẳng và khả năng phục hồi ở sinh viên Việt Nam: Một số vấn đề lí luận và đề xuất triển khai trong giáo dục đại học
Tóm tắt
The mental health of Vietnamese university students is becoming an issue of growing concern, particularly with increasing levels of stress and diminished resilience in both academic and daily life contexts. Mindfulness has been identified as a promising approach that can help reduce stress, enhance adaptability, and strengthen psychological endurance among students. This article aims to clarify the relationships between mindfulness, stress, and resilience, while outlining context-appropriate applications within Vietnamese higher education. The discussion focuses on analysing the impact of mindfulness on students’ mental health and on identifying the need for its systematic implementation in Vietnam. On this basis, the article proposes a roadmap for implementing mindfulness-based psychological support programs at universities, thereby contributing a feasible framework for improving mental health and enhancing resilience among students in the contemporary higher education context.
