Together with the robust development of information technology and the increasing demand for study, online teaching is one of the urgent and important solutions to ensure continuous educational activities towards the target of enhancing human resource training quality for the society. To improve the quality of online teaching, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive and synchronous assessment in accordance with scientific standards and criteria. This article proposes a set of criteria for assessing the quality of online teaching based on a case study at Hanoi College of Technology. This set of criteria would be an effective tool in helping educational institutions in general, and Hanoi College of Technology in particular, to assess the quality of teaching in the online form, thereby proposing appropriate management and implementation measures to improve the quality of teaching.
