Ý định khởi nghiệp bền vững của sinh viên: Từ thực tiễn một trường đại học đa ngành tại Đồng bằng sông Cửu Long
Tóm tắt
This study investigates the underlying mechanisms through which entrepreneurship education (EE) influences university students' sustainable entrepreneurial intentions (SEI). Drawing upon an extended Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) integrated with Self-Determination Theory (SDT), this study gathered empirical data from a survey of 312 students at Cuu Long University. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Multi-Group Analysis (MGA). The findings indicate that EE does not exert a direct impact on SEI; rather, its influence is fully mediated through the enhancement of learners’ perceived behavioral control and the reinforcement of their intrinsic motivation. Notably, the multi-group analysis reveals that a business education background acts as a cognitive regulator, prompting students to adopt a more cautious and critical approach toward the systemic risks inherent in green business models. Based on these findings, the paper proposes educational management implications to innovate experiential teaching methodologies and redesign entrepreneurship education curricula toward sustainable development goals in the era of the green economy.
