Các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến ý định chuyển đổi số trường tiểu học: nghiên cứu tại khu vực miền núi phía Bắc ở Việt Nam

The aim of this study is to explore the factors affecting the digital transformation intention of some primary schools in the northern mountainous region of Vietnam as well as their significance. A 25-item survey questionnaire was sent to 180 primary school administrators and teachers in the northern mountainous region. The results of the analysis showed that there were five factors affecting the digital transformation intention of the surveyed schools. Total variance explained given the 25 variables is 68.279%. The results of multivariate regression analysis show that all the factors had significant influence on the digital transformation intention of the primary schools, in which teachers’ digital competence topped the list. The results of the study provide policy makers and educational administrators with a better overview, thereby devising strategies, adjusting according to the priority around those five factors. At the same time, it also serves as a basis for conducting other in-depth research studies, and as a reference for readers interested in digital transformation in education.
