Studying international experience on education finance policy, focusing on understanding the mechanism of building educational service price frames of some countries in the region and in the world is very necessary in the context of Vietnam currently. The article delves into the mechanism of determining the price of educational services in some countries around the world and points out some lessons for Vietnam. Our country is currently developing educational financial policies, a mechanism to determine the price of educational services and collect tuition fees in order to concretize the views and guidelines of the Party and State in order to improve the quality of education, promote socialization in education and training; at the same time, ensure that pupils and students who are entitled to social policies, ethnic minorities and poor students have access to education.
