Kĩ năng mềm của sinh viên tốt nghiệp Trường Đại học Khoa học Xã hội và Nhân văn - Đại học Quốc gia Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh: thực trạng và giải pháp

The ability to find a suitable job and to have a successful career is not only by someone’s expertness or their working skills. As a result, newly-graduated students cannot find a job and have promotion if they do not have soft skills. The article presents the overview of soft skills and the effect of their requirements to newly-graduated students in the period of international integration. Secondly, the article discusses the students’ awareness in terms of developing soft skills and its usages in the eyes of the recruiters. Finally, the article gives some suggestions to enhance their soft skills and meet the needs of using those skills in the period of international integration for students in University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City in specific and other students in general.
