Đề xuất khung năng lực ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin và truyền thông trong nghiên cứu khoa học giáo dục của sinh viên sư phạm

Scientific research activities of students are an activity associated with the training process of pedagogical universities. The applications of information and communication technology in scientific research in general and educational research in particular are developing very rapidly. In this article, we study and propose a competency framework for applying information and communication technology in educational scientific research of pedagogical students. The proposed competency framework includes 6 component competencies with 22 indicators; each indicator includes 3 levels from low to high. This competency framework will help to understand the current situation and improve the quality of educational scienttific research activities of pedagogical students at universities.
