Thực trạng kĩ năng phòng tránh tai nạn thương tích ở trẻ rối loạn phổ tự kỉ kèm tăng động giảm chú ý 5–6 tuổi trong các cơ sở giáo dục chuyên biệt tại thành phố Hà Nội
Tóm tắt
Children with autism spectrum disorder and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder aged 5-6 often face many limitations in the areas of cognition, language, social skills, executive function, and behavior, thereby increasing the risk of accidents and injuries in daily life. The article was conducted to survey the current status of accident and injury prevention skills among the above-mentioned group of children, involving 32 children, 32 parents, and 60 teachers from various specialized educational institutions in Hanoi City. The results show that children are still limited in identifying dangerous situations, lack knowledge of preventio,n and face many difficulties in responding in reality. In particular, the ability to apply learned knowledge to hypothetical situations and in daily life is recorded at a very low level. These findings confirm the urgency of developing and implementing measures to educate children on injury prevention skills for children with autism spectrum disorder and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and emphasize the need for specific guidelines for parents and teachers to coordinate implementation effectively.
