Giảng dạy theo nguyên tắc “Tương thích kiến tạo” trong giáo dục nghề nghiệp nhằm nâng cao năng lực của sinh viên
Tóm tắt
In order to meet the requirements of society in providing the labor market with professional and highly qualified human resources, it is necessary for vocational education institutions to enhance the quality of training to equip their graduates with appropriate professional knowledge and skills. One of the solutions to this issue is applying Constructive Alignment (Biggs, 1996) to teaching. Constructive Alignment is one of the most influential ideas in education (Houghton, 2004). The outstanding feature of Constructive Alignment is to establish an alignment of learning outcomes, teaching - learning activities based on Constructivism Theory (Piaget, 1950) and assessment to help students develop competencies to meet job requirements. This article presents the research results at a vocational institution in Ho Chi Minh City and proposes some solutions to promote the role of Constructive Alignment in ensuring and enhancing the quality of training to meet the core requirements of teaching, learning and assessment.
