Tóm tắt

In the first academic year of implementing the 2018 General Education Program for Geography, many teachers have encountered difficulties in organizing teaching and assessing student performance according to competency-based approaches. Designing and using tools that align with modern perspectives on assessment in a subject is a critical issue that requires attention and investigation. This article aims to study and propose a process for designing Rubric assessment tools in teaching Geography for 11th grade at high schools. This will provide Geography teachers with a reference that they can apply in their teaching practices, contributing to the renewal of assessment methods required in the current period. The research results also indicate that in teaching 11th grade Geography according to the 2018 General Education Program, rubrics are suitable assessment tools to achieve the goals of assessment for learning and assessment as learning.
