In the context of contemporary education, the use of audiovisual technology by instructors remains insufficient when integrating computers and online learning based on the internet into teaching activities. This study explores various factors influencing instructors' readiness for online teaching, including institutional conditions, classroom identity, perceptions of usefulness, and technological skills. A survey method utilizing questionnaires was employed to gather the perspectives of instructors at Quang Tri Teacher Training College. Descriptive statistics such as frequency distributions and percentages, along with regression analysis, were used to analyze the data. The research findings reveal that the success of online teaching depends on a variety of factors, ranging from technological skills and pedagogical methods to management capabilities and personal motivation, all contributing to the professional development of instructors. Recommendations are provided based on the findings to address the identified factors and enhance instructors' readiness for online teaching.
