Tóm tắt

Digital transformation has emerged as one of the most important phenomena affecting all areas of socio-economic life. It has been the core driving force for every organization worldwide in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The impact of this process has posed an inevitable requirement for every organization to adapt to the new context. With its essential role in the social structure, education has also been in the process of comprehensively transitioning to a digital model. The study of organizational readiness for digital transformation has received significant attention from scholars and researchers worldwide. By synthesizing and qualitatively analyzing scientific documents on digital transformation in general and the readiness of organizations, including educational institutions, the research present an overview of the issue in order to draw a picture of organizations’ readiness for digital transformation in the field of education. The study results would have a significant reference meaning for researchers and educational institution managers about the organization's readiness to change given the requirements of the digital transformation process in education.
